Since COVID-19 (also known as the coronavirus) has forced virtually all schools to move to remote learning, many parents are looking for creative ways to engage their children at home and keep them active.

Fitness is at the heart of what we do at Booster. (Each year, students in our program run a total of over 4 million miles—that's like running to moon and back eight times!) So we've created a series of videos designed to help your students stay active while they're at home.

Each day we'll be sharing a "BoostFit Fitness Break" at noon EST on our Facebook page—so make sure to like our page and check in each day at the appropriate time!

During this fun, high-energy video session, a Booster Team Member will lead your students through a series of fitness challenges. We encourage you to do them alongside your kids!
